Collaboration Agreement

1. Purpose
Bush Doctor Studios (BD) and Asphalt Media Group (AMG) are teaming up to run the HQ studio space, equipment, workshops, and events. This agreement sets out how we’ll work together, share resources, and split revenue fairly.

2. Contributions

• BD will provide: Funding, additional staff, travel, audio equipment, and core equipment.

• AMG will provide: Core lighting, streaming equipment, support for events at the HQ, plus their expertise in production, technical setup, and creative direction to ensure high-quality delivery.

3. Revenue Sharing
All income from studio rental, equipment hire, workshops, and events at the HQ will be split 50/50 between BD and AMG. Each side covers their own running costs unless we agree otherwise.

4. Time Spent On Site
For any manned studio hours where both teams are involved on-site:

• The time spent managing, operating, or supporting the studio is split 50/50 between BD and AMG for scheduling and billing purposes.

• We’ll track hours honestly and share the schedule to keep things fair and transparent.

5. Decision Making
We’ll work together on major decisions, keeping communication open and clear.

6. Equipment & Maintenance
Both BD and AMG are responsible for maintaining and managing the equipment they provide. Any repairs or replacements are discussed and agreed upon.

7. Term & Review
This agreement starts on the date both parties sign and will be reviewed every 6 months to make sure it’s working for both of us.
