Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Equipment Rental Agreement
By renting equipment from us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Concept Brief Requirement
Before any equipment is rented, the renter must provide a detailed concept brief explaining the intended use of the equipment. This brief must be approved by us prior to rental.

3. Deposit
A deposit is required for all equipment rentals. The deposit amount will be calculated as 30% of the total rental value of the equipment rented. This deposit must be paid before the equipment is released. The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the equipment in the condition it was rented, less any applicable damages or losses.

4. Rental Period and Fees

  • Rental fees are charged per agreed rental period and must be paid in full prior to the start of the rental.

  • Rental extensions must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

5. Equipment Condition and Inspection

  • All equipment is rented “as-is.”

  • The renter is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon collection and reporting any existing damage immediately.

  • The renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.

6. Liability for Loss, Damage or Theft

  • The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period.

  • In case of damage or loss, the renter agrees to cover the repair or replacement costs based on the current market value.

  • Any theft must be reported immediately to us and the police, and a police report must be provided.

7. Use and Care of Equipment

  • The equipment must only be used by competent persons who understand how to operate it safely.

  • Equipment must not be used for illegal purposes or beyond its intended use.

  • The renter must not alter, modify, or repair the equipment without prior written consent.

8. Technician Support
Some equipment requires a qualified technician for setup and pack down. This will be indicated at the time of rental, and additional technician fees may apply.

9. Late Returns and Cancellations

  • Late returns may incur additional fees.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start date to avoid cancellation fees.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
